Giant pets over 75 pounds can use the private washroom for a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Additional time arranged in store. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and professional blower provided. You are welcome to use your own products or purchase some of our quality items in store. Pricing is set by size of pet, not by time used. ***DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and deducted from your total at time of service***
